Session Documentation
Automated session notes are here! Using the data that’s automatically collected during each student session completed on the platform, Amplio now generates pre-populated session note to make IEP documentation and Medicaid reporting faster and easier.
SLP-friendly format: The automatically generated notes include all the essential elements required for compliance, formatted in a manner similar to a traditional SOAP note.
Auto-generated, but editable: While notes are automatically generated to be comprehensive, SLPs have full control to override, manually edit, and supplement any part of the session documentation.
Compatible with existing district systems: Amplio’s session notes are pre-formatted for Medicaid and IEP systems reporting, making it easy for SLPs to copy-paste notes into whichever documentation systems the district uses.
What else is new in Amplio?
Session Filter
Admins and educators can now filter data in their dashboard to only include data captured during session mode. This allows them to distinguish between usage that takes place during educator-led sessions and during independent practice.
Grade Filter
Admins and educators can also filter data in their dashboard to include or exclude specific grades, so they can see where they need to focus additional attention.
Enhanced accuracy measurement
Exercises labeled as “Unknown” no longer negatively impact a student's accuracy data, providing a more precise reflection of their performance.
More context on the dashboard
New section added to the top of the reporting dashboard to make it easier for users to interpret data as they apply filters.
