Amplio Customer Support

Important: To maintain privacy/confidentiality of student information, please do not send via regular email.

We understand that your Amplio caseload may require ongoing maintenance throughout the school year, including the addition or removal of students. Amplio's Customer Support Team is happy to assist districts with user management! Please see our Caseload Update article for instructions on how to request support with caseload updates from our team.

For more information, visit the Amplio Help Center for searchable articles categorized by user and content.

For technical support questions, contact Amplio Support through one of these options:

The SPED Account

The Special Education Director (SPED) Administrator account provides you with a dashboard where you can:

  • View an overview of your program's raw data summarized in easy-to-digest, interactive graphs

  • View the details and status of every interventionist, student, and facilitator in your district

  • Access and print student records for students

The interface is broken into five main areas or tabs, each named for the content they contain. Select which tab you want to view. You can use the search bar or sort the rows by filtering the columns with a keyword. In the example, the Service column is filtered by "dys" to show the students receiving Reading Intervention (Dyslexia) services.

Student Profiles

To view student's profiles, either select their name from the Students tab or from the Reports tab. The student profiles summarize treatment attendance, provide access to session notes, treatment goals, and their personal information.

Student Progress Reports

Using your SPED account, you can access student progress reports at any time following the instructions below. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@ampliolearning.com to request assistance with generating student progress reports.

To view student progress notes:

  1. Check the student's row in the Students tab

  2. Select View progress notes

  3. Select the service type, date range, and Create Reports

To print:

4. Acknowledge the privacy notice and select the Print icon

Adding an Interventionist

To add a new interventionist:

  1. Select Add interventionist from the Interventionists tab

  2. In the Create Interventionist dialog, populate the General tab

Note: "2F" refers to two-factor authentication. Two-factor authentication protects your student's data beyond a simple username and password by sending a code to a device under your control to complete the login process. We recommend allowing 2F codes be sent to both an email and a mobile phone for redundancy.

  3. Select Add

  4. Provide ID number to your interventionist as this is their Username to log in

Important: Although your interventionist has an Amplio account, they will not have a curriculum assigned. Please follow-up with support@ampliolearning.com for your next steps. Related to House Bill (HB) 3928, Amplio requires verification of curriculum training for all interventionists with access to the MTA or Esperanza curricula on the Amplio Reading platform.

Adding an Individual Student

To add a new student, submit your caseload updates to Amplio Customer Support following the instructions detailed in Reading Interventionists: Submitting Caseload Updates to Amplio

Updating Interventionist and Student Details

If you need to update details for existing users such as the spelling of their name, select the Edit details icon to the right of their account record.

Be sure to visit the Help Center for guidance on other common Amplio Learning Platform tasks and information.
