This article explains how to submit caseload update requests to the Amplio Customer Support Team.

Background

We understand that your Amplio caseload may require ongoing maintenance throughout the school year, including the addition or removal of students. Amplio's Customer Support Team is happy to assist districts with user management! This article provides instructions for Reading Interventionists and administrators seeking support with user management from the Amplio Customer Support Team.

Adding Students to your caseload in Amplio (Reading Interventionists & Admin)

  1. Please list relevant students - indicating whether they should be added or removed to your Amplio caseload - in the Roster template document (see below). Please note - fields marked with * are required.

  2. Upload the completed file to our Encyro page: encyro.com/amplio

    *Amplio uses Encyro to securely send and receive emails or files containing student PII.

  3. Our team will make the necessary changes to your caseload in Amplio and will confirm when they have been completed.

Please contact support@ampliolearning.com with any questions or concerns. As a reminder, please refrain from including any student PII in files or emails sent to support@ampliolearning.com.
