Getting Started with the Admin Center

If you have an administrator-level account in Amplio Reading Intervention, you have access to the Admin Center — a separate interface that gives you district and school-level visibility into your intervention program.

This article explains what the Admin Center is, who can access it, and how to navigate its four main tabs.

Who Has Access

The Admin Center is available to users with the following roles:

  • District Supervisor (SPED)
  • School Administrator
  • Clinical Supervisor
  • System Administrator

Regular interventionists (educators) do not have access to the Admin Center.

If you believe you should have administrator access but cannot see the Admin Center, contact your Amplio Customer Success representative.

Navigating the Admin Center

When you log in as an administrator, you will see four tabs at the top of the screen:

District Dashboard

A high-level dashboard showing district-wide metrics on session delivery, student engagement, probe administration, and student growth. Best for quick program health checks.

Reports

Deeper analytics including curriculum pacing, kit progress, student status tracking, and downloadable probe reports. Best for district reviews, ARD meetings, and leadership reporting.

Interventionists

A searchable table listing all interventionists in your district, including their active caseload and the number of students waiting to log in for the first time.

Students

A searchable table of all students in your district. From here you can view individual student profiles, download progress notes, and view plans of care.
