We understand that your Amplio caseload may require ongoing maintenance throughout the school year, including the addition or removal of students. Amplio's Customer Support Team is happy to assist districts with user management! This article provides instructions for SLPs and administrators seeking support with user management from the Amplio Customer Support Team.
Adding Students to your SLP caseload (SLPs, SLPAs, & Admin)
Please list relevant students - indicating whether they should be added or removed to your Amplio caseload - in the Roster template document (see below). Please note - you are not required to use the Amplio roster template. If you're using an exported list from your Student Information System (SIS) or IEP System, you must include the required information for all students: first name, last name, student ID, school, assigned SLP.
Upload the completed file to our Encyro page: encyro.com/amplio
*Amplio uses Encyro to securely send and receive emails or files containing student PII.
Our team will make the necessary changes to your caseload in Amplio and will confirm when they have been completed.
