Having trouble hearing or being heard? If you have already made sure your sound or microphone are not muted, try resetting the Windows Sound settings by doing the following:

  1. Open the Sound settings by typing "sound" on the search bar in the lower left corner of the Task Bar. The first item should be your Sound settings.

  2. Scroll down to Advanced sound options.

  3. Select App volume and device preferences.

  4. Scroll down and select the grey Reset button.

  5. You should now be able to hear yourself or your student.
