How to Clear Your Browser Cache

When you use a browser, like Google Chrome, it saves information from websites in its cache and cookies. Oftentimes clearing them fixes certain issues, like loading or formatting. Let's see if this action clears your issue.

Google Chrome

Follow these steps:

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) in the top-right corner of your Google Chrome window

  2. From the displayed menu, select More tools

  3. Select Clear browsing data...

  4. In the new window, select Last 24 hours from the dropdown menu.

  5. Select the Clear data button.

Safari

Follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Safari browser on your Mac and click History on the top Menu bar.

  2. Select Clear History.

  3. Select Clear the last day then Clear History

Microsoft Edge

Follow these steps:

  1. Select the ellipses (three dots) in the top-right corner of your Microsoft Edge window

  2. From the displayed menu, select History

  1. For time range select Last 24 hours

  2. Select Clear now
