Throughout the course of the MTA curriculum, your child may be assigned some skills by their educator to complete outside the classroom on the Amplio platform.

Your child will log in with their personal link provided by their educator. This link does not change and will be similar to this:

When practice is assigned, your child will see a button for independent practice on their dashboard.

Once selected there are two options, self practice and guided practice.

In Self Practice, your child can choose to play a fun and engaging mini game. During the course of the game, practice words appear about every 20 seconds for them to read aloud, so they do need to be able to speak loudly and not disturb others. The platform will provide feedback and record their responses for their educator to review.

The Guided Practice option skips the games and only provides the practice words.

Your child's responses are automatically saved and once they are done practicing they can log off using the settings icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
