Background
Amplio automatically creates a Session Note for each session, including all data collected from time spent in Practice. This interactive walk-through and information below reviews how to access and modify session notes for individual students.
This article will review:
Accessing Session Notes for Individual Students
From your student’s profile, select “Session Notes.”
Student session notes are sorted into a list of folders by date in descending order - showing the most recent session data first. Educators can search for session notes within a specific time frame by utilizing the custom date range filter.
Session note folders display the date, session start time, and duration. Hovering over the Information icon on any session note folder will display the date the note was last edited and the name of the associated Educator.
Simply click on the desired session note folder to open it.
The information listed above the session note includes the session date, starting time, Educator, and the initials of other students that attended the group session. Amplio’s automatically generated session note includes details such as: student name, session date, activities complete, program name, and accuracy.
Educators may edit the automatically generated note at any time to add or remove information. Click “save” to save any changes.
Select “copy” to easily transfer the session note to your district’s system of record.
Modifying Session Notes for Individual Students
To add or remove information from a session note, simply click in the text box and type or delete text as desired. Click “save” to save any changes.
As reviewed in the Data Collection article within the Help Center, Educators can review and revise scoring from the student’s profile after a session has concluded. To update the session note to include revised scoring, select the “regenerate” button.
