Amplio Student Profiles

To access your caseload, click on the Groups & Students icon on the left side of your screen. You will find your entire caseload organized by school on the right side of your screen. Any groups you have created will be on the left side of the screen.

To navigate to a specific student’s profile, click on the student’s initials.

Once you’re in the student’s profile, you’ll see the student’s information at the top, including name, grade, educator (their SLP’s name), and the school they attend. This information is pulled automatically from either Clever or Classlink.

Once you have created groups, the groups that your student is in will show up here. If you hover over the Information icon, you will see information including: login method (Clever or Classlink), birthdate, and last login date and time.

You can add information about your student in the Details section. You may wish to add their IEP goals or notes about your student for future reference. Adding information here is optional and does not affect any programs or activities that you can access.

Learn more about the other information accessible from the student profile, including the Assignment Queue, Documentation Notes, and Reports, by visiting the Amplio Help Center.
