‘Start Session’ button across all educator pages

Gone are the days of navigating back to the Program Library to start a session with your students! We’ve added the ‘Start Session’ button to the Reports, Groups and Students, and Search pages to ensure you can easily enter Session Mode from any page.

Easier-to-use student assignment queue

The in-session Student Assignment Queue has been upgraded! We’ve simplified the assignment queue drop-down and reduced the number of clicks required to switch between activities.

This icon indicates the activity is “in progress”:

This icon indicates the activity is “ready to start”:

To toggle between activities, simply click on the “ready to start” icon displayed on the desired activity. This will take you directly to the practice exercises for that activity:

To access the teaching materials, click on the “Skill Instruction” button, now permanently located at the top of the screen beside the activity name and exercise count.

New icon for Customer Support

Our Customer Support menu icon is getting a new look! Previously, you could access the Amplio Customer Support email and phone number by selecting the question mark from the left side menu. Now, you’ll look for the phone icon to access our contact information:

It’s important to note that our contact information has not changed and you’ll continue to access this information from the same place in the platform. We’ve simply upgraded the name and appearance to better align with the information you’ll find there, as seen below:

As always, the Amplio icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen is where you'll find self-serve support resources and articles.
